Know the user's context to respond faster and more accurately

Before you answer a support ticket you have a chance to quickly understand your user's context

Set a few JavaScript parameters in your live chat embed code to provide user's context in your SaaS

Following HTML code presents all parameters you can set as your user's context (+ their JavaScript types). USER object is optional. USER's ID field is required if you want to provide context. It needs to be unique for every user in your SaaS. We use this ID to track info for given user. COMPANY object is optional. However if you want to provide company context as well then COMPANY's ID is required and needs to be unique for every company in your SaaS project.

You may set no context for pages when you don't have one. Usually, before a user signed up you don't have one.

Obtain links for a given user and a company to your admin dashboard

You may obtain links to a user's admin dashboard and a company's admin dashboard as a part of user's context. We build those links basing on provided USER's ID and COMPANY's ID and provided URL templates in a given SaaS settings. So, for example let's say you provided a template https://www.yoursaas.com/admin-panel/user/$/details where $ character is a placeholder which is automatically being filled by USER's ID. So, for example if your user provided USER's ID is "1234" then resulting admin link for a given user is https://www.yoursaas.com/admin-panel/user/1234/details.
